TNT Sports has announced its full production plans for the highly-anticipated NRMA Ashes Series, promising fans unrivalled access to every moment of the iconic battle between England and Australia.
All the action from Down Under this winter will be available live and on-demand via TNT Sports and its streaming platform, discovery+.
With a dedicated on-site team embedded in Australia across all five Tests, TNT Sports is committed to bringing the Ashes to life with in-depth coverage, expert insight, and innovative viewing features.
On-the-ground coverage in Australia will be led by presenter Becky Ives. Becky will be joined at each Test by a heavyweight team of former England internationals – Sir Alastair Cook, Graeme Swann and Steven Finn - across the five Tests.
Together, the trio boasts 257 Test appearances and 10 Ashes series victories and were part of the last England squad to win an Ashes series on Australian soil. Together, they will offer viewers an unparalleled perspective from inside the travelling England camp and what is taking place on the pitch.
Throughout the series, the team will be joined by a host of special guests giving their thoughts from an Australian perspective as well as the series as a whole.

To complement the live action, TNT Sports will broadcast highlights throughout the daytime on its linear channels and discovery+. In addition, TNT Sports will produce The Edge – a review programme presented from its studios in London - airing in an evening prime-time slot on TNT Sports after the completion of each Test (UK time).
Host Craig Doyle will be joined by two special guests with each show delving into the key moments and standout performances, offering expert analysis and fresh perspectives.
TNT Sports’ coverage of the NRMA Ashes Series forms part of a mouth-watering winter of cricket that includes every England men’s team fixture. TNT Sports will cover England’s white-ball tour of New Zealand (3 x One-Day Internationals and 3 x T20 Internationals, 18 October – 1 November) as well as the tour of Sri Lanka in January 2026.
The start of the NRMA Ashes Series in November coincides with an unmissable month of action that features well over 1,000 hours of live sport on TNT Sports.
In November alone, TNT Sports will broadcast every match from the Quilter Nations Series – including England taking on Australia at Twickenham (1 November) - and the dramatic conclusion of the MotoGP season from Valencia (14-16 November). The football season continues apace throughout the month, meanwhile, with live coverage of the FA Cup 1st Round, the Premier League, as well as Matchdays Four and Five from the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League.
Sir Alastair Cook: "The Ashes is always one of the tours you look forward to - it's one of the toughest challenges in cricket. Winning a Test series in Australia is incredibly rare for touring sides. I’ve experienced both the highs of victory and the disappointment of falling short over there, but there’s a real buzz around this England team. You get the sense they’re capable of doing something special this time."
Becky Ives: "As a lifelong cricket fan who grew up scoring matches and still follows the game closely today, it’s an enormous privilege to be leading TNT Sports’ coverage of The Ashes. It’s one of the most iconic events in the world of sport, and to have the opportunity to present the series alongside some of the modern greats of the English game, sharing the story of each Test with millions of viewers across the UK and Ireland, is a true career highlight. I’m incredibly excited to get started."
Graeme Swann: "An Ashes series in Australia is the absolute pinnacle for any English cricketer. It’s what you dream of when you’re coming through club and then county cricket. While Australia are a formidable side on home soil, and circumstances have tended to conspire against the England side on recent tours there, I’d back this England team to give the series a real shake."
Steven Finn: "When you are growing up, the Ashes is the series you want to play in and the one where you make your name. Playing in front of packed houses in the huge stadiums in Australia is the stuff dreams are made of. I have a feeling this will be a really tight, topsy-turvy series where every session could decide the fate of the Test match. There are some world-class players on show, and this has the makings of a classic series with England trying to win in Australia for the first time in 15 years."
Ebony Rainford-Brent: "The Ashes has always been more than just a cricket series - it’s a test of nerve, skill, and spirit. This time, it may be decided by the finest of margins, with Australia’s world-class pace attack setting the tone. For England, much will depend on how their batters stand up to that challenge - and how the travelling squad copes with everything that comes with an Ashes tour, both on and off the field."
