The FA has confirmed that an independent regulatory group upheld a wrongful dismissal claim from Arsenal regarding a red card for Myles Lewis-Skelly from the game against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
As a result, Lewis-Skelly's three-game suspension has been overturned and he will be available for selection.
The 18-year-old was dismissed in the 43rd minute of Arsenal's victory against Wolves at Molineux when he tripped Matt Doherty deep in the hosts' half.
With plenty expecting a caution for the youngster's challenge, referee Michael Oliver issued a straight red card for serious foul play, much to the Arsenal players' dismay.
After the game, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta was left "fuming" about the decision, which resulted in the fourth red card for Arsenal this season.
Fortunately for the north London side, Wolves were also reduced to 10 players when Joao Gomes earned a second yellow card in the 70th minute for a foul on Jurrien Timber.
The away side then kicked on, as substitute Riccardo Calafiori - who replaced Ethan Nwaneri at half-time in the wake of the teenager's sending-off - found the net with a sweet strike on 74 minutes.
Arsenal claimed three points in their hunt for the Premier League title and kept the gap between themselves and leaders Liverpool to six points.
Had the decision stood, Lewis-Skelly would have missed Arsenal's next three domestic matches.
That would have included a blockbuster tie against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday, before a trip to Leicester City a week later.

Sandwiched in between is a huge Carabao Cup semi-final, second-leg tie against Newcastle United at St James' Park.
But the defender will now be available for all of those games, as well as Wednesday night's UEFA Champions League tie against Girona - live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
After graduating from the Arsenal academy and breaking into the first team this season, Lewis-Skelly has played 17 times under Arteta, including three matches in Europe.
He was not in the squad for the Dinamo Zagreb victory through injury, but made his full Champions League debut against Monaco in the match prior.
