Liverpool and Newcastle both had disappointing Premier League outings last weekend. Arne Slot's Liverpool lost 3-2 at Bournemouth to slip out of the top four, while Eddie Howe's Newcastle were beaten 2-0 at home by Aston Villa. Now both teams will want to quickly bounce back in Saturday's big game at Anfield, which is live on TNT Sports and discovery+.

Liverpool have had a frustrating Premier League season in defence of their crown and last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Bournemouth saw them slip out of the top four.
Arne Slot's team bounced back in midweek with a 6-0 thumping of Qarabag to book their place in the UEFA Champions League last-16 stage, and will be looking to get their Premier League season back on track against Newcastle on Saturday night, in a game that will be live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
It was a dramatic match against Bournemouth on the south coast last weekend, with Liverpool fighting back from 2-0 down to level at 2-2, only for Amine Adli to score a winner for the hosts in stoppage time.
Newcastle, who clinched a Champions League play-off place with a 1-1 draw away to Paris Saint-Germain, didn't enjoy the happiest of weekends themselves, losing 2-0 at home to Aston Villa.
Emiliano Buendia and Ollie Watkins hit the target for Villa, giving them a first win at St James' Park for more than two decades.
Games between Liverpool and Newcastle have often been sensational in the Premier League era, and the reverse fixture in August was a thriller, with the Reds' 3-2 victory at St James' Park earlier in the campaign decided by then-16-year-old Rio Ngumoha deep into stoppage time.
