The 2025/26 Premier League season looks set to be another thrilling affair. There are guaranteed to be more twists in the title race, as well as several mouth-watering derbies for fans to sink their teeth into. The fixtures for next season have been released and here are the matches that fans should keep an eye out for. Some of them could even play a role in deciding who wins the title.

Football fans can start to get excited for next season following the release of the 2025/26 Premier League fixtures.
It is one of the most highly anticipated moments of any summer for supporters of the 20 clubs involved, and it looks set to be another amazing season of action in the English top flight.
We thought the time was right to find out when the most anticipated fixtures would be taking place.
Liverpool v Arsenal
Football fans will only have to wait 15 days for the first meeting between last season's top two, with champions Liverpool set to face runners-up Arsenal at Anfield on August 30.
The return fixture will be played at Emirates Stadium on January 7, and if last season is anything to go by, both matches will be crucial to the title race.
Liverpool v Man Utd
Liverpool against Manchester United is a cornerstone of the Premier League fixture list, and fans from both clubs will always keep an eye out for their matches when the schedule is released each year.
The two teams - who now both have 20 league titles to their name - will go head-to-head at Anfield on October 18 before a return clash at Old Trafford on May 2.
Man Utd v Man City
Manchester City may have relinquished the Premier League trophy to Liverpool last season, but it is hard to imagine a world where Pep Guardiola's side aren't back in the title race this term.
Two good results in the Manchester derby could be key to their hopes of returning to the top of English football.
City will face The Red Devils at Etihad Stadium on September 13, before travelling to Old Trafford on January 17.
Arsenal v Tottenham
The North London derby could also prove crucial within the context of the title race.
The Gunners will be hoping to go one step further after three consecutive second-place finishes.
However, Thomas Frank will be desperate to win his first North London derby when the teams collide at Emirates on November 22.
Their match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will then take place on February 21.

Chelsea v Tottenham
Chelsea and Tottenham share one of the most bitter rivalries in the Premier League, and even if the two sides are not in the title race, the match is still sure to get fans out of their seats.
The first match between the two will be held at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on November 1, with the clash at Stamford Bridge scheduled for the penultimate round of fixtures on May 17.
Man City v Liverpool
In seasons gone by, Man City against Liverpool would be practically guaranteed to decide the title race.
Following the emergence of Arsenal in recent years, things are not quite as clear-cut, but The Reds and City will still be desperate to come out on top when the two clubs meet at Etihad on November 8.
The match at Anfield will then be played on February 7.

Chelsea v Arsenal
Chelsea will face Arsenal on November 29 at Stamford Bridge, with the return fixture set to be held at Emirates on February 28.
Both sides will have their sights set on a return to the top of English football this season, and this mouth-watering London derby could be key to making their dreams a reality.
Sunderland v Newcastle
In stark contrast, Sunderland will be targeting Premier League survival this term, but even if they do get relegated, a win over Newcastle would still live long in the memory.
The two teams have not faced each other in the Premier League since the 2016/17 season, but the wait will come to an end on December 13 when they meet at Sunderland's Stadium of Light.
The clash at St James' Park will then be held on March 21.
Everton v Liverpool
The Hill Dickinson Stadium will host its first Merseyside derby on April 18, following Goodison Park's farewell to the Premier League last season.
The two rivals will face off at Anfield earlier in the season on September 20.

Brentford v Tottenham
New Spurs manager Frank will face his former side Brentford for the first time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on December 6.
Bizarrely, the return fixture at Gtech Community Stadium will be played just over three weeks later on December 30.
Leeds v Man Utd
Leeds' return to the Premier League means fans will be treated to the latest chapter in one of English football's most iconic rivalries.
They will face Man Utd at Elland Road on January 3 before travelling to Old Trafford on April 11.
