City tempted by Luiz loan

A report in The Sun suggests Manchester City are tempted to bring Douglas Luiz to the club this month.
Luiz left Aston Villa for Juventus in the summer for a fee of £42.35 million but has struggled to break into the team.
The Citizens are depleted in midfield following the knee injury sustained by Rodri.
"Manchester City are lining up a stunning January move to re-sign Douglas Luiz, according to reports," writes The Sun.
"Pep Guardiola is planning a mid-season squad overhaul to save City's troubling campaign and Luiz, who joined Juventus last summer, is among those being lined up.
"City are in the process of a hectic transfer window this month after a troubling first half of the season.
"According to The Athletic, their focus will now turn to adding a midfielder to the squad before the window closes on February 3.
"Among them is Juventus midfielder Luiz, who was on City's books between 2017-19.
"City would be looking to acquire Luiz on loan until the end of this season, with no obligation to buy.
"But Juventus, who paid £42.2m for Luiz last summer, prefer a sale or loan with an obligation to sign him in the summer."

Betis leading race to sign Antony

Several outlets, including BBC Sport, suggest Real Betis are "leading the chase" to sign Antony on loan from Manchester United.
The Brazilian has scored just 12 goals since joining United in August for a club record £81.3m and has been a fringe player so far this season.
"A number of clubs have inquired about Antony, with United realising they will have to subsidise his wages," reads the article on BBC.
"Talks with Betis, who are 11th in La Liga and facing a Conference League playoff against Belgian side Gent next month, are most advanced, with the club hopeful of concluding a deal, though nothing is agreed."

£40m price tag set on Chalobah

Chelsea have put a £40m price tag on Trevoh Chalobah after he was returned to the club after a loan spell at Crystal Palace.
The defender is now free to play for Enzo Maresca’s side, but The Sun claims The Blues are still willing to listen to offers.
"Chelsea want a stunning £40million for centre-half Trevoh Chalobah after his recall from Crystal Palace," states The Sun.
"The Stamford Bridge money men expect the huge fee for the defender.
"If anyone hits the cash target then he is likely to go.
"Palace are unwilling to meet the figure and pay the 25-year-old’s wages, which are close to £7m a year."
