Silva is set to leave City at the end of the season after an impressive stint at the Etihad, meaning he would be available on a free transfer.
Mundo Deportivo say that Neto has also caught their eye since joining Chelsea from Wolves in August 2024, but that the winger is further down Barcelona’s list of targets.
”One of the names that has been circulating most strongly lately is Bernardo Silva (31 years old), whose contract with Manchester City is expiring and who recently played a very good match in the Citizens' victory against Arsenal,” read the article.
”Another player who has been considered by Barca is Pedro Neto (26), the Chelsea winger, but he doesn't appear to be a priority at the moment either."

Juventus eye 'dream target' Alisson

Fabrizio Romano believes that Juventus have set their sights on Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker this summer.
The Brazil international has played a key role at Anfield since arriving from Roma in the summer of 2018, winning two Premier League titles, one UEFA Champions League crown and an FA Cup.
He has made 34 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions this term, but has faced increased competition for a starting spot since the arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia.
Romano insists that Alisson is interested in a return to Italy.
”Juventus want to sign a top GK this summer and Alisson is seen as dream target,” he posted on X, formerly Twitter
”Liverpool extended his contract until 2027 but talks with Alisson and Mamardasvhili’s camp will take place in the next weeks.
”Alisson likes the idea of returning to Italy but respects #LFC and wants to assess his future with the club.”

Bayern reject Jackson

Bayern Munich are not interested in signing Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson on a permanent basis this summer, according to Florian Plettenberg.
The 24-year-old joined the German giants on a season-long loan last September but has struggled to force his way into the starting 11 ahead of England captain Harry Kane.
Jackson has produced nine goals and four assists in 28 appearances across all competitions since arriving in the Bundesliga, helping his side go top of the table and reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
However, Plettenberg says he is surplus to requirements in the eyes of Vincent Kompany and the Bayern board.
”The current tendency is that Nicolas Jackson will leave FC Bayern in the summer.
”Bayern’s bosses and Vincent Kompany are satisfied with his performances and professionalism.
”However, an end in the summer is planned, and there are currently no talks over a second loan/permanent deal.
”Jackson has plenty of interest and will first return to Chelsea.”

PSG linked with Fernandes

Highly-rated West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes could join UEFA Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to Foot Mercato.
Fernandes arrived in East London from Southampton after an impressive season with The Saints.
He has gone from strength-to-strength with The Hammers this term, producing three goals and three assists in 31 Premier League appearances.
"According to our sources, the capital club is targeting another Portuguese player: Mateus Fernandes," read the article.
"We can confirm that contact has already been established between the two parties.
"Aged 21, this midfielder is a gem, a product of Sporting Lisbon's youth academy, who made his Premier League debut in 2024 with Southampton.
"Following the Saints' relegation to the Championship, West Ham signed him for €44 million last summer."
