Nkunku exit under threat

Chelsea's aim of offloading attacker Christopher Nkunku has been thrown into jeopardy, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg.
The France international has been linked with a return to former side RB Leipzig, having made 62 appearances for The Blues in his two full seasons at the club.
But Plettenberg reports that Leipzig are unwilling to take back the 27-year-old on a permanent deal, preferring a loan option.
"Leipzig’s position on Christopher Nkunku has not changed. The interest is there, they admire him, and Leipzig remain in contact with Chelsea," wrote Plettenberg on X, formerly Twitter.
"However, a permanent transfer is currently ruled out by RB - if anything, it would have to be a loan deal.
"Chelsea’s stance remains clear: a permanent deal, or at the very least, an obligation to buy."

Napoli remain in talks for Hojlund

Serie A champions Napoli are still interested in signing Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund, claims Italian journalist Matteo Moretto.
This is in addition to a potential move for AS Roma striker Artem Dovbyk, who has been offered a six-year contract, according to Moretto.
Along with Fabrizio Romano, Moretto has stated that Hojlund would be interested in a move to Napoli only if the transfer was permanent.
"Should he leave United, Rasmus Hojlund would not want to do so on a loan with an option to buy," wrote Moretto on X.
"He is seeking guarantees for his future and to feel important, as mentioned about a week ago. Now Napoli is active in pursuing him."
Romano added: "Rasmus Hojlund and his camp have made clear to Napoli, RB Leipzig, AC Milan and all clubs interested that he prefers loan with obligation to buy.
"Hojlund always wanted to stay at Man United… but if he has to leave, [he] wants [the] move to be guaranteed to feel total confidence."

Liverpool 'enter fray' for Rodrygo

Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola has given an update on Real Madrid star Rodrygo, who was an unused sub as Xabi Alonso oversaw a 1-0 win over Osasuna on Tuesday evening.
Nicola reported that Rodrygo's destination will be England, with Liverpool and Manchester City both interested in the 24-year-old winger.
"Real Madrid’s Brazilian striker is heading to the Premier League," Nicola said on his YouTube channel. "The question is whether he will play for Liverpool or Manchester City.
"The two Premier League giants are the most interested. [Pep] Guardiola has been trying for a long time to sign Rodrygo, but Liverpool have entered the fray in recent days, willing to make Rodrygo the replacement for Luis Diaz.
"The atmosphere for Rodrygo at Real Madrid since Alonso’s arrival is very bad."
