DISASI COMPLETES LOAN MOVE TO WEST HAM

West Ham have completed the loan signing of central defender Axel Disasi from Chelsea.

The 27-year-old will join the Hammers for the rest of the season, having not made a senior appearance for Chelsea so far in the campaign.

The Frenchman spent the second half of last season at Aston Villa, where he made 10 appearances, after joining Chelsea from Monaco in the summer of 2023.

LIVERPOOL SIGN JACQUET AHEAD OF SUMMER ARRIVAL

Liverpool have confirmed 20-year-old Jeremy Jacquet will join the club in the summer after reaching an agreement with Rennes for the France under-21 international.

The 28-year-old joins from Southampton on a three-and-a-half-year contract for an initial fee of £7m, after nearly five years at St Mary's.

GEORGE COMPLETES LOAN MOVE TO EVERTON

Everton have completed the loan signing of 19-year-old winger Tyrique George from Chelsea.

The Toffees will have the option to make the move permanent in the summer.

George has said: "I’m really excited to be here and to enjoy this massive club. I just can’t wait to get started.

"The fans here are exceptional. I know Evertonians are really passionate. They like hard work – and that’s what I’m going to show. I want to be exciting and I want to impress them.

"The gaffer, David Moyes, was another reason [I wanted to join]. He’s an amazing manager who has coached so many players, like Wayne Rooney, and players like that. I've had a brief conversation with him and he's an amazing person as well.

MCNEIL MOVE TO PALACE OFF - REPORTS

Dwight McNeil's move to Crystal Palace from Everton is off, according to Paul Joyce of The Times.

The south London club have reportedly pulled out of the deal, having previously agreed on a loan with a £20m option to buy clause.

Sami Mokbel of BBC Sport reports that there were "paperwork issues" and that the "deal [was] not completed on time".

BENZEMA JOINS AL HILAL

Karim Benzema has joined Al Hilal from Saudi Pro League rivals Al Ittihad, The Athletic reports.

The Frenchman's three-year deal at Al Ittihad did not expire until June, but his situation at the club became complicated, with the striker reportedly unimpressed by the standard of his team-mates.

ANSELMINO JOINS STRASBOURG AFTER RECALL FROM DORTMUND

Chelsea defender Aaron Anselmino has also joined Strasbourg on loan for the remainder of the season after the Blues cut his loan short at Borussia Dortmund, amid concerns over depth in defence.

PHILLIPS JOINS SHEFFIELD UNITED ON LOAN

Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips has joined Sheffield United on loan until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old has played just seven minutes of football this season for City, who will still pay the bulk of his salary.

AOUCHICHE JOINS SCHALKE

Adil Aouchiche has joined Schalke on a permanent deal from Sunderland, the Black Cats have confirmed.

The move reportedly allows the Premier League club to sign Nilson Angulo for £17.5m after they agreed a deal worth up to £17.5m for Anderlecht and Ecuador winger earlier today.

WHAT IS A DEAL SHEET?

The window has officially closed, but there could be more transfers if clubs submitted a deal sheet, giving them until 9pm to finalise a move.

A deal sheet allows a club to confirm that an agreement has been reached. They could not have been used before 5pm and needed to be filled in before the transfer window closed.

If a deal sheet arrived with the Premier League in time, clubs will now have until 9pm to submit the necessary paperwork.

There are plenty of moves that could still unfold, with Dwight McNeil potentially heading to Crystal Palace, while Wolves will be hoping to finalise deals for Adam Armstrong and Angel Gomes.

PALACE SIGN STRAND LARSEN

Crystal Palace have completed the £48m signing of striker Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolves.

The south London side went ahead with the deal despite Jean-Philippe Mateta staying at the club after his move to AC Milan fell through due to a failed medical.

The Norway international scored 20 goals in 64 appearances for Wolves, registering 14 times last season.

It sees Palace break their transfer record for the second time this window following the £35m signing of Brennan Johnson.

Strand Larsen has said: "I'm really excited to come to Crystal Palace. It's been something I've wanted to do for a long time now.

"I'm here to bring energy and goals, and to try to do my best for the club."

However, there could be more transfers if clubs submitted a deal sheet, giving them until 9pm to finalise a move.

The clubs have reportedly agreed on

Atletico Madrid have completed the signing of Ademola Lookman from Atalanta on a deal until June 2030.

Mikel Arteta has said this afternoon that Arsenal are "actively looking" in the market following the news that Mikel Merino will require surgery on a foot injury.

Jeremy Jacquet has moved a step closer to joining Liverpool.

The 20-year-old has arrived to undergo his medical before complete a deal to join Arne Slot's side this summer.

BRUGGE REJECT PALACE'S ORDONEZ BID

Crystal Palace have had their bid for Joel Ordonez rejected by Club Brugge.

Place want to bolster their defensive options following Marc Guehi's move to Manchester City earlier this month.

The Ecuador international signed a new contract with the Belgian side in September, which expires in 2029.

NYPAN RECALLED BY CITY

Manchester City have recalled Sverre Nypan from his loan at Middlesbrough.

This is reportedly due to a lack of game time on Teesside, and another loan move remains a possibility.

ARSENAL OPEN TALKS FOR HEARTS YOUNGSTER

Arsenal have opened talks with Hearts about the signing of James Wilson.

Fabrizio Romano reports the 18-year-old could arrive on an initial loan deal.

Ben Jacobs has refuted suggestions that Arsenal are interested in a deal to sign Sandro Tonali.

CHELSEA TARGETING NANTES STARLET

After missing out on Jeremy Jacquet, Chelsea have turned their attention to another young French defender.

A report from L'Équipe claims that The Blues have made an unwritten offer in the region of €30 million for Nantes centre-back Tylel Tati.

It is expected that the 18-year-old would then immediately be loaned out to Strasbourg for the remainder of the season, but time is of the essence to get a deal done.

WEST HAM WANT DISASI

West Ham want to sign Axel Disasi on loan from Chelsea this deadline day.

The Guardian's Jacob Steinberg reports that an agreement between the two clubs isn't anticipated to be a problem, but the Frenchman will wait to see if any other offers come in first.

TONALI TO ARSENAL?

Florian Plettenberg reports that Arsenal have been weighing up a deadline day move for Sandro Tonali.

Any agreement appears unlikely though, after Newcastle United rejected an initial approach for the Italian.

WOLVES CLOSE IN ON GOMES AND ARMSTRONG

Wolves are making strides to bolster their midfield and attacking options today.

Sky Sports report that Angel Gomes is flying in today to complete his loan move from Marseille, while Adam Armstrong is poised to join in an initial £7million deal from Southampton.

GRUDA JOINS LEIPZIG ON LOAN

Brajan Gruda has made a temporary move away from Brighton & Hove Albion.

The 21-year-old has joined RB Leipzig on loan for the remainder of the season.

PEPI TO FULHAM: DEAL OFF

Ricardo Pepi will not be joining Fulham.

Fabrizio Romano reports that an agreement had been reached with PSV Eindhoven over a €37million fee, but the Dutch champions have been unable to source a replacement.

That means the deal will not go ahead.

MILAN'S CLUB DOCTOR EXAMINING MATETA TODAY

Jean-Philippe Mateta will be examined in Paris by AC Milan's club doctor today.

Sky Italy reports that The Rossoneri will make a decision on whether to sign the Crystal Palace striker once that check has been completed.

It is understood that Christopher Nkunku's desire to remain at the club could also detrimentally affect Mateta's chances of becoming a Milan player.

Meanwhile, Palace are making good progress in their £43million plus £5m in add-ons deal to sign Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

JACQUET EDGES CLOSER TO LIVERPOOL MOVE

Jeremy Jacquet had been linked with Chelsea for much of this month, but the Frenchman will be heading to Merseyside.

David Ornstein reports that Liverpool are working on a deal with Rennes to sign the 20-year-old this summer.

A fee of £60million has been agreed on a contract running until June 2031, with the option for a further year.
