Marc Marquez will be looking for a hat-trick of wins as the 2025 MotoGP season continues with the Grand Prix Americas, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
Marquez dominated the first two race weekends on his new factory Ducati, taking maximum points in Thailand and Argentina, before maintaining his unbeaten start to the season with victory at the MotoGP sprint at the Grand Prix Americas on Saturday.
He leads by 16 points in the championship standings, ahead of brother Alex, and is the red-hot favourite to extend that advantage at the Circuit of the Americas in Sunday's main event, where he has won a record seven times.
Indeed, the 32-year-old secured a record eighth pole position for the circuit, ahead of Sunday.
Francesco Bagnaia and Franco Morbidelli will be among those hoping to close the gap, while defending champion Jorge Martin misses out again due to injury.

When is Grand Prix Americas?

The race weekend for the Grand Prix Americas runs from Friday, March 28 until Sunday, March 30.
There were two practice sessions on Friday (3:45pm and 8pm UK time) before qualifying sessions took place on Saturday at 3:50pm and 4:15pm UK time. The Sprint started at 8pm UK time on Saturday, with fans able to catch up on all the above on discovery+.
The main event on Sunday sees lights out at 7pm UK time.
