Marc Marquez's early error at the Sprint race of Grand Prix Germany looked like it might cost him world championship points, but despite falling to fifth place in dreadful racing conditions, the Spaniard battled back to take the lead from Marco Bezzecchi in the race's final lap. TNT Sports pundit Neil Hodgson was hugely impressed with the six-time champion.

Neil Hodgon hailed Marc Marquez as he battled back to win the Grand Prix Germany Sprint race on Saturday.
Marquez was in pole for the race, but at Turn 1 he went way wide and allowed the chasing pack to slip inside, and he was left fighting against his rivals.
Ultimately, the Spaniard was successful as he hunted down leader Marco Bezzecchi before returning to the top spot, and he held on for the win.
Given Marquez’s exceptional standards since his return - Michael Laverty suggested he is at his best ever - it was perhaps no surprise.
Nonetheless, TNT Sports pundit Hodgson praised the world championship leader.
After the race, he said: "It’s like he just wants it more than everybody else. At one point I looked, he was three-and-a-half seconds behind the leaders on those early laps.

"The bike didn’t look like it was working at one point, but he never gives in. He has a couple of moments, makes mistakes, goes wide. Never gives in.
"Risks it all and yet again comes out victorious. Outstanding."

'Struggling' Marquez planning for tough race on Sunday
Marquez admitted that he found the early stages of the race difficult, including his early major error, but claimed he found it easy to compete as the race wore on.
He explained: "Of course, I cannot say that I thought about the championship a lot today, in the beginning of the race, I was struggling. I made a mistake at Turn 1 at the start and lost some positions, but step by step, I got into a rhythm.
"In that moment against [Fabio] Quartararo, I went wide, tried to force and lost the rear."
Despite the struggle, the Spaniard considered himself content with the result and the points, but cautioned that Sunday's race may pose more challenges.
He added: "I am happy, we took 12 points in the Sprint again. But if tomorrow is wet, we need to brake a bit more!"
