A star-studded Tuesday at Roland-Garros sees Aryna Sabalenka, Jannik Sinner and Coco Gauff, among others, open their French Open campaigns.

Sinner is the overwhelming favourite to take the men's title in the absence of Carlos Alcaraz, but with that, comes pressure.

He faces wildcard Clement Tabur, who will be vociferously backed by his home crowd on the main Paris show court.

Earlier in the day, Court Philippe-Chatrier will host Aryna Sabalenka's first-round match against Jessica Bouzas Maneiro.

Sabalenka cruelly lost out to Gauff in last year's final, and has yet to take the title in the French capital.

The world No. 1 will open the day's action on the showcase court, followed by home hope Alexandre Muller taking on Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Gauff will then face Taylor Townsend in an intriguing all-American clash.

Around the courts, eyes will be on Naomi Osaka as she takes on the resilient Laura Siegemund on Court Suzanne-Lenglen.

Daniil Medvedev will also be in action on the secondary court, while Lois Boisson - who provided one of the great storylines 12 months ago by reaching the semi-finals, meets Anna Kalinskaya.

Cameron Norrie opens his French Open account on Court 13 with his first-round match against Adolfo Daniel Vallejo.

An enticing match-up between American teenage ace Iva Jovic and Philippines sensation Alex Eala will take place on Court 14 - and will, no doubt, be well-attended.

When does Sinner play?

The Italian stars in Tuesday's evening session on Court Philippe-Chatrier, looking to bring his stellar recent form into the clay major as he eyes the career Grand Slam.

Sinner has not lost a match since February, and comes into the French Open having won five tournaments in a row, all of which ATP 1000 events - the rung below Grand Slams.

Play will get underway not before 19:15 UK time.

When does Sabalenka play?

Tuesday's action on the showcase court is bookended by the two world No. 1s, with Sabalenka opening the morning action.

Sabalenka did not manage to make it past a quarter-final on clay ahead of the French Open, but the quicker surface as a result of the heat could well play into her big-hitting style.

Play is expected to get underway at around 11:00

When do Gauff, Osaka play?

Gauff's clash against Townsend will be the third match of the day on Court Philippe-Chatrier. As a result, they may be battling in the peak of the heat on what is expected to be another sweltering day in Paris.

Osaka, meanwhile, is the second match of the day on Court Suzanne-Lenglen. Could we see another bold fashion statement from the four-time Grand Slam champion?
