LEWANDOWSKI HAT-TRICK SINKS SPIRITED CELTA VIGO
A Robert Lewandowski hat-trick proved to be the difference between Barcelona and Celta Vigo as the forward fired his side to a 4-2 win.
The Pole opened the scoring from the spot after 10 minutes in a chaotic first half after Marcos Alonso was deemed to have blocked Fermin Lopez's effort with his arm.
Barcelona's lead lasted only one minute as the hosts raced down the other end, with Sergio Carreira netting for Celta Vigo.
Marcus Rashford unlocked a stubborn Celta defence in the 37th minute after he whipped in a delicious cross that picked out Lewandowski between the two centre-backs.
The striker met his cross on the volley, side-footing it through Ionut Radu's legs to restore Barcelona's lead.
Celta once again answered back quickly with Borja Iglesias firing a rocket of a shot into the roof of the net from outside the penalty area in the 43rd minute.
However, there was still time for one more goal in the first-half as Lamine Yamal latched on to a deflected cross and Radu was unable to keep out his effort.
After the break, Barcelona controlled the match impressively.
Lewandowski completed his hat-trick in the 73rd minute after meeting Rashford's corner at the near post and flicking it on and past Radu.
Celta were unable to muster up a clear-cut chance in the second half, much to Barcelona's credit.
Frenkie De Jong was sent off in stoppage time for a second yellow card, leaving a sour tone to the game for Barcelona as he will now miss their next game against Athletic Club.
The result means Barcelona move into second in the league, three points behind leaders Real Madrid, while Celta Vigo remain in 13th.

The win means the Culers will head into the international break second in La Liga and just three points behind leaders Real Madrid.
Barca win back-to-back league games after losing El Clasico and will hope to have Raphinha back after the break.
Lewandowski's hat-trick will also be a welcome sight for manager Hansi Flick as they will look to build on this performance going forward.

BARCELONA FIRST TO EVERY SECOND BALL
Celta Vigo are being penned into their own half. It seems every second-ball is being won by a player in a Barcelona shirt and most commonly - Frenkie De Jong.
It's getting tiring for these Celta Vigo defenders. They haven't had a shot at Szczesny's goal this half.
