Bayern chief discusses Olise future
Bayern Munich’s supervisory board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has played down suggestions Michael Olise could leave the Bavarian club for Liverpool.
The France international has also been linked by various outlets to Real Madrid and Barcelona, while it has been suggested the former Crystal Palace winger could replace the departing Mohamed Salah on Merseyside.
"These rumours make everyone at the club smile," Rummenigge told AS. "You know better than anyone else how the media circus works.
”He still has three years left on his contract – there’s nothing more to say on the matter. People come to the stadium because of players like him.”
Olise has enjoyed a sensational season for Bayern, with 30 goal contributions in 25 Bundesliga games.

Man Utd make Thuram enquiry
Manchester United have made an enquiry to sign Juventus midfielder Khephren Thuram this summer, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Thuram’s future in Turin reportedly hinges on Juve qualifying for next season's UEFA Champions League, with the Serie A giants currently fifth, and three points behind Como in the final qualification spot.
The report claims: ”If Juventus doesn't cash in on the rich UEFA Champions League prize money, CEO Damien Comolli would be practically forced to sacrifice a top player.
”Thuram is the prime candidate for several reasons: he's young (25) and highly regarded by Europe's top clubs, his salary is easily ‘attacked’, and his budget value would guarantee a substantial capital gain for Juventus.
”Khephren has proven to be one of the best signings of recent years and of former technical director Cristiano Giuntoli: the €20m (£17m) invested in 2024 is now worth at least double.
”This is even more true in the event of an English auction: Manchester United have already made enquiries, and Liverpool are also keeping an eye on him.”

Bastoni linked with Barcelona switch
Mundo Deportivo claim that Barcelona have identified Inter centre-back Alessandro Bastoni as one of their top summer targets.
The report also cites a Calciomercato article, which alleges that Inter have placed a €80m (£69.7m) price tag on Bastoni, with Barcelona considering offering Dani Olmo and Ferran Torres as part of the deal to lower the Serie A side’s evaluation.
The Mundo Deportivo report reads: ”The summer transfer window, the most important of the year, is three months away from opening.
”Barca has already identified its top targets, with Alessandro Bastoni (26) being the ideal reinforcement for the heart of its defence.
”This interest is progressing through the initial stages of a transfer of this magnitude. Meanwhile, in Italy, names of current members of Hansi Flick's squad are circulating, linked to a supposed interest from Bastoni's current club, Inter Milan.”

Hoeness: Kane is worth €250m
In an interview with Kicker, Bayern Munich’s honorary president Uli Hoeness attempted to fend off potential interest in Harry Kane.
England skipper Kane has netted 133 goals in 136 appearances for Bayern since joining the club from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023.
Hoeness said: ”He didn’t exercise his release clause, which means he’s definitely under contract here until summer 2027.

”What I’m hearing and feeling is that he and his family feel extremely comfortable here. You never know when a Saudi [club] comes along and puts a lot of money on the table… But he feels very much at home.”
Hoeness added: ”Liverpool’s Alexander Isak cost €150m (£130m). If he’s worth €150m, then Harry’s worth €250m (£217m)."
