The veteran striker is out of contract in the summer and has reportedly been in talks with Barca over an extension.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, discussions over a new deal are now ”completely on stand-by and the summer exit is now very close”.
Romano added: ”If there’s no fresh proposal, Lewandowski will leave as free agent.
”Saudi Pro League and MLS clubs on it, Italian clubs keen but too expensive.
”It’s highly unlikely to see him staying at this stage.”
Porto have also been linked with a move for the Poland international.

Real Madrid identify 'plan B' to Mourinho

La Liga giants Real Madrid have reportedly identified two potential ‘plan B’ options if they don’t secure Jose Mourinho as their next head coach.
Mourinho is widely expected to return to the Bernabeu this summer, leaving Benfica to take over from Alvaro Arbeloa.
However, according to Marca's Raul Varela, Madrid have also explored other options before a deal with Mourinho is finalised.
”The much-desired Plan B now includes two new proposals, two new suggestions, two new alternatives,” reports Varela.
Real Sociedad head coach Pellegrino Matarazzo is one of the names mentioned, having won the Copa del Rey this season.
Varela says that "one of the president's closest confidants sees Matarazzo as a modern choice".
Former Real Madrid striker Raul is also a potential candidate.
However, Varela added that ”neither Matarazzo nor Raul will be coaching Madrid” and ”all roads lead to Mourinho”.
