Liverpool in for Olise
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Liverpool have earmarked Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise as their Mohamed Salah replacement.
Salah, 33, has two years remaining on his Liverpool contract, and the Anfield hierarchy reportedly believe Olise is the ideal long-term replacement.
Olise, a France international, has so far registered seven goals and seven assists for Bayern in all competitions this season.
As per the Fichajes report: "At Bayern Munich, Michael Olise is considered non-transferable, aware of the qualitative leap the Frenchman has brought since his arrival in the Bundesliga.
"The Bavarian club knows that his potential is enormous and that he has reached a level close to that of the great continental figures, reason enough to resist any attempt to leave.
"The Munich board has stated that they would only consider an enormous offer, something Liverpool seem willing to explore during the upcoming summer transfer window."

The report continues: "Mohamed Salah's departure is becoming increasingly inevitable, both due to interest from Saudi clubs and the natural wear and tear of his time at Liverpool.
"At Anfield, they believe that his successor must offer immediate balance, goal-scoring ability and offensive leadership, three traits that they fully identify in Michael Olise.
"Comparisons are inevitable, although the English club believes that the Frenchman brings a different kind of creativity, more focused on associative play."
Toney to stay at Al Ahli
According to Al Ahli sporting director Rui Pedro Braz, Ivan Toney is not for sale in the January transfer window.
Braz’s statement comes amid reports linking Toney to a spate of Premier League clubs, including Everton.
Toney has netted 41 goals in 59 appearances for Al Ahli since joining in a £40 million deal from Brentford back in 2024.
Braz said, via Fabrizio Romano: "Ivan Toney is a top player, a top striker. The rumours around his possible exit in January are not based on reality.
"It’s just not true. We’re counting on him, it makes zero sense to address this subject in November."
Lewandowski wants to remain at Barca
Robert Lewandowski does not want to leave Barcelona in the January transfer window, according to Sky Sport Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.
Several Italian and Turkish media outlets have suggested that Lewandowski could join AC Milan or Fenerbahce in the winter window.
Indeed, January represents Barcelona's final opportunity to generate a fee for the 37-year-old, with the forward’s contract expiring in the summer.
On X, Plettenberg said: "Robert Lewandowski has no thoughts of leaving in the winter.
"Retirement in the summer is also not an issue. His future at FC Barcelona remains completely open, with his contract set to expire."

Besiktas interested in Ter Stegen loan
Turkish outlet Fanatik has claimed that "reports in the Italian press" are linking Besiktas with a January loan move for Barcelona shot-stopper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Ter Stegen, who is yet to play this season due to a back injury, has been linked with a departure since being momentarily stripped of the Barcelona captaincy back in August.
Fanatik’s report reads: "According to reports in the Italian press, Besiktas is closely monitoring the German goalkeeper's situation.

"The 33-year-old, who underwent back surgery and has yet to play this season, has started individual training. It is reported that Ter Stegen is keen to join a team where he can play regularly in order to be included in the Germany national team squad for the 2026 World Cup.
"Besiktas’ management want to turn this development into an opportunity. It has been learned that the club is preparing to offer Barcelona a loan deal for the second half of the season, with plans to share the salary burden between the two clubs.
"According to this, Besiktas aims to cover part of the €6 million salary for half a season.
"Although the transfer appears unlikely based on reports so far, the 33-year-old goalkeeper will be targeted for persuasion in the first stage. Negotiations with the Catalan giants will follow."
