United's interest in the France international has already been reported, but according to Mundo Deportivo, Inter are also keen on his signature.
According to the report, Inter chairman Giuseppe Marotta has held opening talks with Perez to begin negotiations over a move for Camavinga.
Camavinga joined Real in 2021 from Rennes and has played 223 times for the team, but struggled with fitness and retaining a starting position last season.
The 23-year-old is under contract until 2029 at the Santiago Bernabeu and is reportedly focused on fighting for his place under Mourinho.
"Camavinga is aware of his situation at Real Madrid, but he and his closest circle insist that he does not intend to leave the club and that he will fight to turn this situation around," the report said.
Camavinga has featured across the pitch for Real, primarily a midfielder who can also fill in at left-back if needed.
Juventus eye Vicario
Tottenham Hotspur's Italy goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is "back under consideration" by Juventus as the Serie A giants look to bring in a new shot-stopper this summer, with Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez also under consideration, according to reports.
According to Sky in Italy, the Old Lady have earmarked a goalkeeper as the main area to address this summer and had previously been linked with a move for Liverpool's Alisson.
The Brazilian is now expected to stay at Anfield, so Juventus have turned their attentions to Vicario and Argentina star Martinez.
Sky have said that despite Martinez being Juventus' first choice "progress has slowed in their pursuit of him."
The report added: "Juventus have not given up hope of signing Martinez, who is currently at the World Cup with Argentina, and are waiting to learn what Villa's asking price is.
"Vicario's name has gained traction at Juventus because of his lower wage demands."
Vicario missed the end of last season for Spurs having undergone hernia surgery and then losing his starting place to Antonin Kinsky.

City and Chelsea 'make contact' over 21-year-old Italian
Manchester City and Chelsea have reportedly made "contact" with the entourage of 21-year-old right-back Marco Palestra over a potential move.
Sky in Italy say that the two Premier League giants have spoken to Palestra's associates but have yet to open formal negotiations with his club, Atalanta.
However, according to reports, Palestra would like to remain in Italy and not move abroad.
Inter have already offered €40 million (£35m) plus €5m (£4.3m) in bonuses but Atalanta want at least €50m (£43.2m), not including bonuses.
As it stands, Palestra is waiting for negotiations between Atalanta and Inter to continue before deciding his future.
Palestra spent last season on loan at Cagliari, winning Serie A's award for the best defender.
He also earned his first caps for the Italy senior national team, featuring in their play-offs for the 2026 World Cup.
Inter are set to lose right-back Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid this summer, so are in the market for a replacement.
