Jannik Sinner has advanced to the fourth round of the Masters 1000 in Miami as he attempts to complete the Sunshine Double having already won Indian Wells.
And by beating Corentin Moutet in straight sets, the Italian has created a slice of history by winning the highest number of consecutive sets in Masters events.
His win over Moutet was the 25th and 26th consecutive sets Sinner has won at this level, a run that stretches back to last year’s Paris Masters.
That surpasses Novak Djokovic’s previous record of 24 consecutive sets won in Masters events.
”I am very happy," Sinner said after his win.
”This sport is unpredictable, so we try to keep attention as much as we can and we'll see what is coming in the next round."
Sinner won in Paris at the back end of last year, beating the likes of Ben Shelton, Alexander Zverev and Felix Auger-Aliassime - all in straight sets.
He then won in Indian Wells earlier this month without dropping a set, beating Zverev in the semi-finals and Daniil Medvedev in the final.
So far in Miami, Sinner has defeated Damir Dzumhur and 30th seed Moutet.

Sinner’s win over Moutet also extended his run of victories over left-handers to 21 - but he was quick to point to the work his team does in helping him tactically against lefties.
”There's Ben [Shelton], [Learner] Tien, [Denis] Shapovalov, Moutet.
”I don't want to forget other players, but we try to prepare in the best way possible, trying to be tactical and as perfect as possible."
Sinner is attempting to close the gap to world No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz in the rankings, with the Spaniard having lost early in Miami to Sebastian Korda.
Sinner had no ranking points to defend in either Indian Wells or Miami, having sat out both events last year while serving a suspension.
As to how much further Sinner can take his streak, he leads Alex Michelsen 2-0 in their head-to-head, and has never dropped a set to the American.
