Michael Carrick's side have already completed the signing of Andrey Santos from Chelsea and Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa.
"Camavinga is believed to favour staying at Real though the Spanish club may be open to selling the Frenchman in order to make space for Rodri," states the Guardian.
"The 23-year-old Camavinga, who has three years left on his contract and was not part of France’s World Cup squad, has a €1bn release clause, but Real would listen to offers of between €50m-€60m (£42m-£51m) for the player, it is thought.
"Berge, who is 28 and has previously been on United’s radar, would cost around £40m and, unlike Camavinga, has considerable playing experience in England."
The report adds: "United’s list for a possible new midfielder includes Bournemouth’s Alex Scott and Roma’s Manu Kone."

Real willing to sell Tchouameni to Man Utd

Real Madrid are willing to sell Aurelien Tchouameni to Manchester United, reports The Sun.
As per Wednesday's Paper Round, The Red Devils have enquired about Tchouameni as they target a third signing in midfield.
Los Blancos have been linked with a move for Manchester City midfielder Rodri, who was named the best player at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
"Although reports claimed Tchouameni, 26, had agreed a contract extension with Madrid, there has been no formal announcement," states the outlet.
"Rodri, 30, is out of contract at Manchester City next year but a move this summer has been touted.
"New Madrid coach Jose Mourinho had planned on keeping Tchouameni but the 15-time European champions are prepared to cash in for the right fee. Tchouameni joined Madrid four years ago for an up-front fee of €80m rising to €100m.
"Sources in Madrid say United’s interest in Tchouameni is 'strong' now that his participation in the World Cup with France has ended.
"Tchouameni is under contract at the Bernabeu until 2028 and he was shortlisted by United as a possible target earlier this year."

City not interested in Real's Rodri bid

Real Madrid are preparing an £80 million bid for Rodri - but Manchester City will "resist all attempts" to sell their star midfielder this summer, according to the Mirror.
The World Cup winner, who has entered into the final 12 months of his contract, is reportedly a priority signing for Real.
Real president Florentino Perez is "even prepared to go to £100m" for Rodri, reads the report, but it adds: "City chairman Khaldoon Al-Mubarak is set to hold firm - and rebuff his rivals from the Spanish capital".
The article continues: "New boss Enzo Maresca has made it clear he wants to keep Rodri at all costs.
"Maresca, who will speak to the media for the first time on Friday since replacing Pep Guardiola, made this stipulation when negotiating his deal to become the new manager six months ago.
"The Italian is planning to build his team around Rodri, and views the defensive midfielder as crucial when it comes to integrating new £116m signing Elliot Anderson into the side.
"City bosses are still hopeful of agreeing a new deal with Rodri that would secure his long-term future. But despite all his success in Manchester, the 30-year-old still harbours long-held ambitions to play for Real before he retires.
"Which means he could decide to run down his contract and leave the Etihad for nothing next summer."

Arsenal and Spurs battle for World Cup star

North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are in a battle to sign RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa, according to The Sun.
The 21-year-old capped an impressive Bundesliga campaign with a fine showing at the FIFA 2026 World Cup, helping Norway to the quarter-finals.
His performances have not gone unnoticed, with the Premier League giants set to pounce.
The outlet states: "SunSport understands that Leipzig are holding firm on a £51million valuation for Nusa, who notched four goals and three assists in 31 Bundesliga appearances last season.
"Arsenal are approaching the situation strategically and waiting to assess incoming offers for Gabriel Martinelli before making a formal move.
"While the Gunners are not actively pushing to sell Martinelli, a bid exceeding £51m from Europe or Asia could be enough to let the 25-year-old Brazilian go.
"Neighbours Tottenham are also firmly in the race, but must first clear out their squad before launching an official bid.
"Spurs bosses need to resolve the futures of returning loanees Manor Solomon and Mikey Moore, who are both drawing Premier League and Serie A interest."
